Asociatia Organizația pentru dezvoltarea profesională a femeilor
Carierista.org is a non-profit organisation committed to helping underserved women—including single mothers, women with low or no income, and those facing economic, psychological, or domestic challenges—access sustainable employment and career growth opportunities. The name Carierista translates to “career woman” in Romanian, reflecting our mission to equip
women with the skills, confidence, and support they need to build independent and fulfilling careers. Carierista’s goal is to empower women from all walks of life to build career confidence, learn essential skills, and receive ongoing support.
Carierista is driven by the desire to break down the systemic barriers—like the ones we faced growing up—so that every woman can access meaningful employment, become independent, and reach her fullest potential. A key motivator for us was the lack of structured, continuous support for needy women. Carierista recognised the importance of creating a holistic platform that consistently offers skill-building, career progression, and peer support. Carierista aims to help women develop economic resilience and achieve long-term success by emphasising sustainable employment and lifelong career growth.
